At Toutlmondemange each order is prepared with care. Please review the details below to understand how and when your items will be delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or special releases.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment.


Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once it is marked as delivered by the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Pre-Order Policy

Certain items may be offered as pre-order. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-order items are produced or allocated in advance and require extended processing times.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided for guidance only and may change.

  • Pre-orders ship once available, not immediately after purchase.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.

  • Pre-order purchases are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

    • This product is not in stock and is produced in limited quantities

    • Estimated shipping timeframe: 3–4 weeks from order date

    • Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to minor changes

    • Payment is taken at checkout to secure your order

Delays in pre-order fulfillment do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs fees or failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for refund. Any approved refund will exclude original shipping costs.


Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 10-14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored.


Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order flagged for suspected fraudulent activity. Additional verification may be required prior to dispatch.
